Cancellations, Late Arrivals & Rescheduling
 

Late Cancellations:

Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice for any reschedule or cancellation of an appointment. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a late cancellation fee of 50% of all services booked will need to be paid BEFORE booking a new appointment. 

 

Late Arrivals:

Your appointment is very important to us. Just as you expect us to be on time for your appointment, we respectfully ask that you be on time for yours. This is our GUARANTEE to you, our VALUED guest. 

 

Anything more than 15 minutes past your appointment time will be considered to be late. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. A late arrival fee of $15 will be applied to your total bill after 15 minutes. If there is not enough time & you need to be rescheduled, a late cancellation rebooking fee will need to be paid as stated above before rebooking a new appointment.

If your stylist is more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, she will discount your service total by $15. If there isn't enough time, she will reschedule your appointment and discount your future service by  50%.  This policy ensures we have the proper amount of time for the full service you have booked.

No show clients:

Clients who No Show without communication will be required to pay a rebooking fee of 100% of the missed service before being allowed to book again.

Booking fee: 

Some services, (like those requiring 3 or more hours of appointment time) will require a deposit of 50%  towards their appointment. This is nonrefundable or transferable. If you "no show" an extended appointment you will forfeit the deposit

All payments for services must be paid at the time of appointment.

We strive to make you happy with your service with a thorough consultation and clear expectations. If you are dissatisfied in any way, we will do everything in our power to remedy your concerns; however, we do not give refunds. Please let your stylist know within 7 days of your original appointment that you are unhappy and we will work with you until you are fully satisfied.  

Children's Policy

We love your little ones and we are happy to provide services for them;  however, the salon is not a safe place for children. In addition to hot tools, chemicals, and breakable items, we don't want to take away from the relaxing environment of the salon.  Unless your children are actively receiving services, we respectfully ask that you make arrangements for childcare.

 

We want you to be able to relax and enjoy your appointment as do your fellow patrons.
